is swimming instructor in sports gym. Pro swimmers have nice abdominal muscles. So, I want to get nice abdominal muscles. Wonder core is training abdominal muscle machine. This machine collapses up and down, and the abdominal muscle are made by the reaction. This is the reason I tried challenging. This challenge’s good point is training my abdominal muscle. This is very cool. In addition, lack of exercise can be resolved. Exercise reduces the probably of becoming a lifestyle disease. These are good points. But this challenge has a little bad points. First, my body got muscle pain. My muscle pain affected a little everyday life. Second, wonder core is a little noisy, so this challenge got annoying neighbors loudly. These are bad points. I expected my abdominal muscle to break. I thought that breaking abdominal muscle is very cool. Pro swimmer’s abdominal muscle is breaking, too. I wanted to be like this. However, I was not convinced that the abdominal muscles would truly break. So, it have expectation and anxiety before this challenge started. At first, I cannot do abdominal muscle many times because my body was not used to it. Also, I got muscle pain soon. I felt lack of exercise then. But continuing, my body got used little by little. In the first week, I did abdominal muscle 400 times in 10 minutes. This is the limited. I felt that it was a little less. Also, I thought that the pace fell in the second half. So, I tried to be conscious of it from the second week. Then I did abdominal muscle 500 times in 10 minutes. I could feel a little growth in the second week. But my goal was 700 times in 10 minutes. So, I must try more hard. There was something glad this week. My part time job’s friend said to me “ Hiroto, you got muscle before.” This thing happened, my motivation went up. Three weeks passed, I can do abdominal muscle 600 times in 10 minutes. Then I thought that patience attached up gradually. At third week, it turned into a habit to do abdominal muscle. There was not much muscle pain. Also, appetite increased sharply from the third week. Maybe, the amount of exercise has increased. So, I got hungry. I reached the target 100 more times. I thought what was missing to me. I thought that I would raise the pace from the first half. Four weeks passed, I could do abdominal muscle 700 times in 10 minutes. I was very happy when I reached 700 times. I felt that both physical strength and patience were attached. My abdominal muscle cracked compared to the previous one. I thought that it was good to have this challenge. This challenge influenced eating habits. I got to eat more than before. Especially, I began to eat a lot of rice. Before this challenge started, it was usually one cup. However, it is usually a few cups since this challenge began. Perhaps, the stomach may have grown by exercise. In addition, I got hungry by using my strength. I feel that protein intake has increased. When I went to yakiniku with my friends, I could eat more than before. I was told by my friends that I got to eat more than before. I was able to feel the change in my appetite there. However, while intake of protein increased, the intake of vegetables did not change much. I thought that it should not be that. I thought that balance of the body will income wrose unless protein and vegetable intake are made the same. So, I would like to increase the intake of vegetables. I checked everyone’s blog during the challenge. I checked everyone’s blog, everyone was very enthusiastic about the challenge. I wanted to do abdominal muscle more diligently on my own. In other words, I was able to raise my motivation. I felt again the importance of exercise through this challenge. Before this challenge started, I rarely thought about my life style. Honestly, I thought that I did not have to exercise because I did club activities from elementary school, junior high school, and high school. However, I thought that weakening the body faster than I anticipated when doing this challenge. I thought that regular exercise was very important. From now on, I tried making a habit of doing abdominal muscle. Next time, I want to focus on swimming. Thanks to this challenge, I was able to review my daily life. I will continue to challenge and continue to refine my body. Thank you this challenge.
